What is your exchange and return policy?
At Slashop, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every product purchased. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist you with the return process.
If you wish to return your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
If the return is not due to a quality issue, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. Please note that we only accept returns for unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, please submit the return form. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund based on the total value of the items being returned, as follows:
$9.99 for returns valued under $300.00
$12.99 for returns valued between $300.00 and $500.00
$15.99 for returns valued over $500.00
Return Policies
Once you have submitted your return request online, you will receive a Return Authorisation email:
- Pre-paid Returns via USPS: A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you. You can either schedule a USPS pickup or drop off your package at your nearest USPS location within 14 days of receiving your return authorisation.
- Self-Postage Returns: A returns guideline will be emailed to you. Please send the returned items using your preferred carrier within 14 days of creating your return authorisation.
When will I receive a refund?
- Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be notified when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date your return tracking information indicates delivery for the refund process to be completed.
- Please note that refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial institutions.
