For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $6.99 will be charged per order.
We strive to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days, from Monday to Friday. If you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, we will begin processing the order on Monday and ship it within 2-3 business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email automatically.
Please note: Curtain products have a 30-day processing time before shipping. Rugs and select pet supplies have a 7-day processing time and a shipping period of 20 to 30 days.

Returns & exchanges
Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend initiating a return for the item you would like to send back through our Return Center and placing a new order for your desired item separately. After we have received your returned item at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once we receive and process the items you have returned, it usually takes 2-3 business days for us to complete the necessary checks. After the return has been processed, we will initiate the process of sending your refund back to your original payment account.
